The Gift
An unopened gift wrapped up with a bow.
Just what hides inside? Only the Giver knows.
Imagination runs wild on what it could be.
Yet left unanswered of the possibilities.
Action must be taken to reveal what is hidden,
but Fear of Disappointment says it’s forbidden.
The gift is yours. It’s for you to decide.
Leave it wrapped up or discover what’s inside.
