A Struggle to Fly

A baby bird in its nest;

Tries to stay where he thinks best.

Unwilling to leave his comfort zone;

Wishing others would leave him alone.

Then he looks up to the sky,

As feathered friends fly on by.

A struggle forms inside his chest;

Now he desires to leave his nest.
